At Zluzarinkhit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of use, damage not caused by our error, or missing parts may be denied a refund or issued a partial refund at our discretion.

Return Process

1. Contact us through our contact page to initiate a return request.
2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
3. Package the item securely and include the RMA number.
4. Ship the package to our return center in Sunrise, FL (address below).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
